Renesans GOUACHE sind leicht zu verwendende, dicke und gut deckende Farben, die eine flexible, aber dennoch wasserlösliche Schicht erzeugen. Neben Pigmenten beinhaltet die Herstellung von Gouache Kaolin und andere Rohstoffe, um die Farbe gut löslich zu machen. Unsere Gouache wird mit Gummi arabicum gebunden und erzeugt eine dicke und undurchsichtige Schicht auf trockenem oder feuchtem Papier. Sie kann mit Aerographen aufgetragen werden, um außergewöhnlich gesättigte und glatte Oberflächen zu erzeugen. Gouache lässt sich auch gut mit anderen Techniken kombinieren, einschließlich Aquarell, Acryl und Skizzen, weshalb sie bei Designern und Illustratoren sehr beliebt ist. Nach dem Trocknen hellt und verblasst alle Gouaches erheblich, daher wird empfohlen, flüssige Mittel zu verwenden, um die Farbe zu erhalten und zu intensivieren. Der Bereich dieses Produkts umfasst 26 Farben, die in 20-ml-Tuben erhältlich sind, sowie Titanweiß und Schwarz in 60-ml-Tuben.

The opacity of a pigmented colour is not only depending on the thickness of the colour application but also on the kind and concentration of the pigment as well as on the kind binder in the colour. all colours have been submitted to the same testing method: satndardized application on black and white striped saturated base. this allows a classification with the following 4 symbols:

Color Index and Pigments names

The Color Index system is an international standard to denominate dyes and pigments. A combination of letters and numbers indicate the colour category. For example: PO 20, means Pigment Orange 20. Color Index names are: PW (Pigment White) / PY (Pigment Yellow) / PO (Pigment Orange) / PR (Pigment Red) / PV (Pigment Violet) / PB (Pigment Blue) / PG (Pigment Green) / PBr (Pigment Brown) / PBk (Pigment Black).
